We offer a 14 day return/exchange policy on most items.

Mechanical/electrical items have an extended return period of 30 days.

All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

All refunds will be made by direct deposit to your bank/debit card,refund to your credit card, or by cheque.

No cash-in-hand refunds will be made.



 Shipping and Delivery Policy


Surrey New and Used is a primarily a local business. However, should you need something shipped/delivered, we have a few options.


We offer a standard delivery service to many cities in the lower mainland. Eligible municipalities are:

Abbotsford, Aldergrove, Chilliwack, Langley, Surrey, Delta, Whiterock/South Surrey, Tsawwassen/Ladner, Richmond, Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminister, Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, Mission, and Squamish.

All delivery items must be paid in full before delivery is made, we do not accept C.O.D. orders at this time. Delivery can be arranged at our store and is done/insured by Surrey New and Used Building Materials!


Small items, such as new faucets, locks, parts, etc. Can be shipped via UPS to your door. We only ship prepackaged items with this method (new with packaging). Or items that are smaller than 10”x7”x7” unpackaged. These items can be arranged over the phone at 604-576-8488. We also have an eBay page selling many of our faucets and a few other commonly shipped products.


Larger items can be arranged for shipping, but must be arranged by the customer via a third party shipping company. The buyer assumes all responsibility for the crating of the item, and must be viewed in person and paid before pickup. Once the item is paid and the customer is satisfied with its packaging, the receipt is held for the shipping company to pick up within 1 week of purchase.


All shipped items must be viewed before purchase is made. New items (boxed/packaged) can be viewed via email pictures/our website or in person, while used goods must be viewed in person due to the nature of the stock.
